1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Aaradhya Travels. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website aaradhyatravels.shop and all travel-related services provided by Aaradhya Travels, operated from Shop No. 9, Textile Market Complex, Ring Road, Surat, Gujarat 395002. By accessing our website, booking our services, or engaging with us in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services. We recommend that you read these Terms carefully before making any booking or providing any personal information. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Traveler", "Customer", "You") and Aaradhya Travels ("We", "Us", "Our").

These Terms are supplementary to and should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

2. Booking and Reservation

2.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Aaradhya Travels. A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us via email or WhatsApp containing a booking reference number. Verbal confirmations or inquiries without a booking reference number do not constitute a confirmed booking.

To make a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information including but not limited to your full name as per government ID, correct date of birth, valid contact number, email address, and any special requirements. Any incorrect information provided may result in booking cancellation, denied boarding, or additional charges, and Aaradhya Travels shall not be held liable for such consequences.

2.2 Booking Requirements

• Valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory for all travelers at the time of booking and during travel
• For international travel or certain domestic destinations, a valid passport with at least 6 months validity may be required
• Special category travelers (senior citizens, children, pregnant women, persons with disabilities) must inform us at the time of booking to ensure appropriate arrangements
• Group bookings of 10 or more persons may require separate terms and advance payment schedules as communicated by our team

2.3 Pricing

All prices displayed on our website and communicated by our team are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed. The confirmed price at the time of booking confirmation shall be binding. Our package prices typically include accommodation, transport, sightseeing as per itinerary, and meals as specified. Prices do not include items not explicitly mentioned in the package inclusions such as personal expenses, tips, laundry, telephone calls, mini-bar charges, and any additional activities not part of the itinerary.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Methods

We accept payments through the following methods:

• Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS / IMPS to our designated bank account
• UPI payments through supported apps
• Credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment gateway
• Cash payments at our office (for advance amounts only, subject to limit)
• Cheque payments (accepted only if received at least 7 working days before the trip)

3.2 Payment Schedule

• A minimum advance payment of 40 percent of the total package cost is required to confirm a booking
• The remaining 60 percent must be paid at least 7 days before the trip start date for domestic tours and 15 days before for premium or customized tours
• Bookings made within 7 days of travel require full payment at the time of booking
• Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without refund of the advance amount

3.3 Payment Security

All online payments are processed through certified and secure payment gateways. Aaradhya Travels does not store your complete card details on our servers. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your financial information during transactions.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Traveler

If you wish to cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges shall apply based on the number of days before the scheduled trip start date:

• 30 days or more before departure: 10 percent of total package cost (processing fee)
• 20 to 29 days before departure: 25 percent of total package cost
• 15 to 19 days before departure: 40 percent of total package cost
• 7 to 14 days before departure: 60 percent of total package cost
• 3 to 6 days before departure: 80 percent of total package cost
• Less than 3 days before departure or no-show: 100 percent of total package cost (no refund)

4.2 Cancellation by Aaradhya Travels

In the rare event that we need to cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemic restrictions, or operational issues beyond our control, we will:

• Notify you at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure (or as soon as reasonably possible)
• Offer a full refund of the amount paid, or
• Offer an alternative tour of similar value, or
• Offer a rescheduled date for the same tour at no additional cost

The choice of the above options shall be at the traveler's discretion. Refunds for cancellations by us will be processed within 10 to 15 working days through the original payment method.

4.3 No-Show Policy

4.4 Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 working days from the date of cancellation approval. Refunds will be made through the original payment method only. Bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control. A cancellation confirmation email with refund details will be sent to your registered email address.

5. Itinerary Changes and Modifications

5.1 By Aaradhya Travels

We reserve the right to make changes to the published itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to weather conditions, road closures, strikes, natural calamities, political situations, health advisories, or operational constraints. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements of comparable value. If a significant change is made that materially affects the tour experience, you will be notified at the earliest opportunity and given the option to accept the modified itinerary or cancel with a proportionate refund.

5.2 By Traveler

Any changes requested by the traveler after booking confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Change requests must be made at least 7 days before the trip start date. Changes requested within 7 days may not be accommodated or may attract charges equivalent to the cancellation policy. Changes to the number of travelers, room configurations, or travel dates may result in revised pricing based on current availability and rates.

6. Traveler Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

As a traveler with Aaradhya Travels, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• Carry valid government-issued photo identification at all times during the trip
• Follow the itinerary and schedule as communicated by our tour coordinator or guide
• Maintain discipline and decorum during the trip and respect fellow travelers
• Respect local customs, traditions, and laws at all destinations
• Take care of personal belongings; Aaradhya Travels is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items
• Refrain from any illegal activities, substance abuse, or behavior that may endanger yourself or others
• Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs before the trip commences
• Follow safety instructions provided by guides, drivers, and activity operators
• Ensure timely reporting at all meeting points as per the schedule
• Not hold Aaradhya Travels responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control such as traffic, weather, or government restrictions

Aaradhya Travels reserves the right to ask any traveler to leave the tour immediately without any refund if their behavior is found to be disruptive, harmful, or in violation of these terms or applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aaradhya Travels acts as an intermediary between travelers and various service providers including hotels, transport operators, activity providers, and guides. While we carefully select and verify all our partners, we do not own, control, or operate these services. Our liability is limited to the services arranged by us and the amount paid by you for those services.

• We are not liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, accident, or inconvenience caused by the negligence or default of any service provider
• We are not liable for any delays or changes caused by factors beyond our reasonable control including weather, natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, strikes, or government actions
• We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings, luggage, or valuables during the trip
• We are not liable for any medical emergencies, health issues, or altitude sickness that may arise during the trip
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services
• Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by the traveler for the specific booking in question

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain adequate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and personal liability before commencing their journey.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, tsunamis, cyclones), epidemics or pandemics, government actions or orders, war or armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes or lockouts, fire, explosion, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the affected party. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact on your travel and offer alternative arrangements or proportionate refunds as applicable.

9. Travel Insurance

While travel insurance is not mandatory for domestic tours booked through Aaradhya Travels, we strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance. The insurance should cover medical emergencies, hospitalization, trip cancellation and interruption, baggage loss or delay, personal accident, and evacuation expenses. Aaradhya Travels does not provide travel insurance as part of its standard packages unless explicitly stated. Any claims arising from situations that could have been covered by travel insurance will not be entertained by Aaradhya Travels.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the website aaradhyatravels.shop including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, icons, audio clips, software, and their compilation is the property of Aaradhya Travels or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from our website without prior written consent from Aaradhya Travels. The Aaradhya Travels name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Aaradhya Travels and may not be used without prior written permission.

11. Notification and Communication Consent

This consent covers booking-related communications, promotional offers, service updates, feedback requests, newsletters, and transactional messages sent through My Inbox Media or directly by Aaradhya Travels. All communications are sent in compliance with applicable regulations including the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR). You may withdraw this consent at any time using the unsubscribe options in our communications or by contacting us directly.

12. Website Usage

By using our website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon or restrict anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the website
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers or networks connected to the website
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Use any automated means including bots, scrapers, or spiders to access the website or collect information
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the website
• Post or transmit any false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or offensive content

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aaradhya Travels, its directors, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your use of our services, your violation of any laws or rights of third parties, or any actions or omissions by you during the course of your travel that cause harm to others or to third-party property.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation with us. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may proceed with legal action as described above. 15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.

16. Waiver

The failure of Aaradhya Travels to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Aaradhya Travels. The waiver of one instance of a right or provision does not waive any other instance or any other right or provision.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific terms communicated to you at the time of booking, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aaradhya Travels regarding the use of our website and services. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, between you and Aaradhya Travels.

18. Amendments

Aaradhya Travels reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of our website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. For bookings made before any amendment, the Terms that were in effect at the time of booking shall apply to those bookings unless otherwise communicated.
