How do I book a tour package?
You can book a tour package by filling out the contact form on this page, calling us at +91 97178 12314, or visiting our office at Shop No. 9, Textile Market Complex, Ring Road, Surat. Our team will discuss your requirements, suggest the best package, and guide you through the booking and payment process. A booking is confirmed once you receive a booking reference number from us.
Can I customize a tour package?
Absolutely! All our tour packages can be customized to suit your preferences. You can modify the itinerary, change hotels, add or remove activities, adjust travel dates, and more. Simply share your requirements with our team and we will create a personalized itinerary tailored to your needs and budget. Customization requests should be made at least 7 days before the planned travel date.
What is the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies based on the timing of cancellation. Cancellations made 30+ days before departure attract a 10% processing fee. The cancellation charges increase as the departure date approaches, going up to 100% for cancellations within 3 days. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page for the detailed cancellation schedule. We recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment methods including bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI payments, credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway, cash at our office (for advance amounts), and cheques (received at least 7 working days before travel). A minimum advance of 40% is required to confirm a booking, with the balance due 7 days before departure.
Do you provide travel insurance?
Travel insurance is not included in our standard packages unless explicitly mentioned. However, we strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and personal liability. We can guide you on suitable insurance options at the time of booking if needed.
